A journey where you'll have access to tools and resources - the things you know you should do to improve you health - exercise, nutrition, sleep, rest

But in the online sessions we learn and practice:

  • how to generate the will to care enough about yourself
  • creating the conditions for you to do the things you know your body needs

so that when you come up against your edge, where it is a bit uncomfortable
rather than freezing and stopping

we will practice finding our edge and being compassionate

discipline isn't blindly forcing yourself to do things

let's figure out what you need to make it happen,
sometimes joyfully - while adapting to changing circumstances

which might be the hardest thing of all

As until you think you're worth it

You won't do the things you need to look after you consistently

From my experience, only in relationship,

in a group with others on the journey

will you remember that you are worth it

    In this session we meet the crew on the journey with you and learn how to set directional goals that adapt and build momentum

    Conditions & Catalysts meet Strategy & Practices for Deep Health
    In this session we will learn the tools to sense into current conditions and how to create self-sourced catalysts for making change

    Remembering we change in cycles
    In this session we will explore non-linear change looks and feels like so that the cycles of life don't derail you
  • Tue 17th Feb 26 | 6:30pm-8:00pm
    How layering and recombination allows us adapt
    In this session we will learn how to layer and recombine to add more things without collapsing
  • Tue 3rd Mar 26 | 6:30pm-8:00pm
    Learning to let things die: grief as fertiliser
    This session is dedicated to the forgotten practice of grieving and closing cycles

    Remembering to allow things to bring you alive again
    This session is dedicated to remembering that after grief, joy must remerge

    Refining your mindset, tools and process
    In this session we will consolidate the 12 week journey and set you up for your next chapter
