90 min Workshop: Sat 28th Feb 11:45am - Online & Face 2 Face

  • From Goals to Direction & Expectation Setting: Sustainable rates and Indicators of progress
  • Food & Meal Audit: Align the meals and foods you enjoy, with what will take you towards your goals
  • Success Conditions: Create a Shop/Prep/Eat Plan
  • Workout Nutrition: make nutrition work for you
  • Adventure plans: how to approach social gatherings and eating out

Week 1: Pay attention and build awareness

  • Track how your food changes day to day over a week
  • Identify moments where you made choices that don't take you towards your goals

Week 2: Protein: what is enough and where to get it

  • Create strategies to move through your challenges

Week 3: Fruit and Veg: how can we get more in?

  • Balancing variety and consistency of food

Week 4: Identifying what would make the biggest difference

Who is Tyler?


I'm a coach with 10 years experience
I'm a bit weird and that's why I'm great at getting long term success
Many "normal" approaches usually are only designed to get you short term results or only work in specific conditions - but life is messy as hell and everyone's lives look a little bit different.


In a previous life I played rugby to a decent level (tipping the scales at more than 100kg). I was either going to play elite sport, or work in elite sport.
I have the first-hand lived experience when it comes to both performance and in the years since what it takes to loose 10+kg of fat and keep it off for more than 5 years.

My approach is not actually about performance or looking good (that's just what many people are looking for or told they need)

My approach is grounded in building the foundational habits for a happy, healthy life - and one of the most important parts of this supporting people to move towards positive relationships with both food and our bodies

We only get one body, one brain - it deserves compassion and can break under excessive control

From compassion we build internal motivation and commitment to keep moving towards our dreams - and that is how we take action and make change.

Also

I've tried most things out and if it looks a bit sketchy, I've done the research so you don't have to try another overhyped and marketed product that just makes you pee ultraviolet. So I guess that's a bonus ;).
